Parker, Amy.  Night Night, Daddy (published in 2016 by Tommy Nelson, an imprint of Thomas Nelson Publishers, Nashville, TN, a division of HarperCollins Christian Publishing, Inc.).  How important is a daddy in the lives of his children?  A cute little fox  kit and his daddy are on a camping trip.  They play ball, fly a kite, have pancakes for dinner (why not?), and get into a bubble fight.  Then as night comes, Daddy explains how God’s awesome power made the stars and tells a favorite Bible story about the lion’s den, with appropriate roaring.  Then they say their prayers together.  What will they do next?   And what do they plan for tomorrow?  Night Night, Daddy, a board book with beautifully rhyming text by Amy Parker and pleasant full-color illustrations by Lee Holland, is an absolutely adorable picture of the unconditional love between a father and his child well written to appeal to young children.  “After we’re all done exploring Underneath God’s night night sky, We can build a fort to sleep in, With our pillows stacked this high.”
